Everything is as advertised, it arrived quickly and in great condition. I used the in-wall, plug in option which worked great and super easy, I just cut a small groove on the bottom to allow the cord to come out and the cover conceals the hole. Super easy to set the temperature with the built in thermostat. Time will tell how it performs long term?

This space heater works so well and it looks so modern and sleek, it is perfect for those spaces in our house where the heat does not really get that well, and we don't want the central heat to be on for long just to heat a small space, this works very well for that and the noise is very low compared to similar products. It is built with good quality of materias I recommend this unit very modern
