I was trying to buy the product from their website, but saw that it was going to take almost a week to get here. Amazon had it for just a couple dollars more, but with free prime shipping. It was a no-brainer.

I have done grommets at home for a while and I finally got a grommet press, but the grommets included with the set were CRAP. I purchased a mid-range priced "heavy duty" (not) set of grommet pieces. They were awful also, so I returned them. When I received the Stimpson grommets I was pleasantly surprised. First of it was packaged in a real box. Not the Chinese crap we've been getting used to. I can actually store these in the box. The product was 1,000% better than anything I have ever used. I thought the price was steep, but is so worth it. Im old so my time and effort are priceless :-) This is the only brand I will ever use again.

I tested the stainless steel # 2 S.P.G.W on a pair of leather welding gloves it went through leather easily and rolled nicely..... I used the Stimpson 405 press with a #2 S.P.G.W. die. The grommet is on there tight and clean 👍
