So i did like the fact i could use this belt and streach my legs with but I am not skinny guy and the first two or three tries the velcro didn't hold and ended up opening up now i have been using this leg streacher as intended an that is why I do like ut snd yes it works but the only issue I experienced is what i mentioned the velcro situation but hey it sure does streach my glutes and more fairly priced and better if on sale, it helps with yoga posture, dance moves streaching before any activity is great and beneficial rather than not streaching so try it out.

This Stretching Strap is one if the tool I didn’t know I needed. Even if I’m used to stretch prior to kickboxing or yoga, using normal strap or elastic bands, this Strap significantly improves my stretching.The strap itself is sturdy, similar to a seat belt, easy to adjust and hold well. Depending on the stretch needed, the strap can be positioned differently.The Strap ables you to stretch in several positions and will help improve flexibility. It provides support in a safer manner.The only down side is that there’s no guide nor instruction how to use it. A dimple QR code could have been helpful. I had to look into other similar straps to find images how to stretch… 🙄Currently sold at $17 minus $5 coupon, and believe me, worth it 👌
