This was recommended to me by my physical therapist to use individually and in combination with a pressure point muscle device. It’s easy to use and can be use for many stretches and muscle release exercises. Portable and the quality is good.

Loops are good sized, they fit over my feet. Material is strong enough to maintain tension and wide enough not to cut into skin. Used for a bit a rehab and continued flexibility.

Needless to say, this strap is handy for exercises after Knee Replacements, and it's a STATIC Strap (doesn't stretch). I don't need the stretch component, so this is fit for my needs. Sturdy, has enough space to put over my foot easily, and I can grab and move according to the exercise.All in all, it is economical and I've also used it for doing the same exercises in the Pool (Aquatherapy), and it has lasted even with chlorine exposure (I rinse it out in the shower as I shower after exercising).So far, so good. No problems with any part of the strap itself.
