The headphone jack doesn’t work which was a huge reason I wanted this item… can’t get through to customer service at all. Otherwise it’s nice and sounds good

The pedals feel like a nice quality, same for the wood and the keys. However, if you're looking for a TRUE piano feel, this is not the keyboard for you, as it has semi-weighted keys which feel a lot lighter than a real piano. Regardless, it definitely is high quality and is made to last.Another thing to note is that it is very heavy, I was able to put it together alone, but for people who have joint issues, you're definitely going to need at least 2 people to move it around or set it up.Overall, worth the price.

There was an electronic component for the headphone use that was broken when I received the keyboard. Very disappointed with that issue but otherwise very happy.

We needed something for my 8 year old to practice on with pedals. This piano has worked perfectly so far. It came undamaged and is good quality for the price. Highly recommend.

Beautiful piano. Solid construction. Easy to put together. Nice weighted feel to the keys. I'm a beginner player; the quality, tone and feel of this piano makes me want to practice and play.

I really loved this piano: its sound, the mid-century design and wood color. The MIDI and Bluetooth all worked very well connecting to devices. The sustain feature came not working though and the vendor was very responsive sending a replacement pedal - unfortunately it wasn’t the pedal and I’ll have to ask for a replacement. Still giving 5 stars after knowing how the manufacturer stands behind this product.

I am editing my original review because the product is 10/10, especially for the price point. The first one I ordered was damaged in the mail, I reached out to the seller and the customer service was 10/10 - they immediately fixed the issue and I couldn't be happier with my piano now! It feels and sounds great, it's beautiful!
