I haven't installed these just yet, however, from prior experience working with brackets for my car, these seem like the real deal.

It was hard to tell if it was the right size for my Subaru or if it was even the side brackets i needed for my bumper it did fit and it’s not cheap plastic.

These are an excellent value. An oem part for aftermarket prices. Was better priced than most knockoff parts. An excellent value, would absolutely purchase again if needed.
