The only way to warranty the 30fq furnace core is to go through a certified Rv technician I bought a 30FQ core and installed it myself I was an automotive repair technician for 40 years and it was very easy I installed it 2-1-25 tested it a few times while doing upgrades in my TT we left on a 4 week trip on 2/28/25 now on 3/20/25 the fan is rubbing on the housing making a terrible noise I called the tech line and was told only a certified Rv technician could do a warranty so I am out. Buy something else this is not a good productUp date cut our trip short came home to check the furnace. Removed furnace saw the fan had rubbed on the housing I could move it back and forth on the shaft removed the housing to access the set screw center the fan torqued the screw reassembled and tested works now I do not think the set screws were torqued properly causing in fan to move on the shaft, poor assembly process

This is all the internals that are in the metal housing. Quick swap out and was right back up and running. Great buy when shops were telling me around $1,500 for a new furnace.

The furnace was packaged well with documentation and installation instructions and operating manual and information after installation one of the first things I noticed it is very quiet, it heats very quickly, and the fan works so much better. It is an exact replacement to the original in my cabinet at hundreds less

Perfect fit and runs smoother than the originally installed unit. Cost effective and fairly easy to install!

The second one I bough, the second one I had to cut the overflow switch to make it. Not very good.

This furnace looks great bur it isn't compatible with the one I have. Check your model and size first.

I have a 2013 Keystone Cougar fifth wheel trailer. I camped in the Colorado mountains a month ago. I set the furnace on the first night and went to bed. We later woke to the Carbon Monoxide alarm and I immediately shut off the furnace and ventilated the RV. Everyone was ok including our pets. I now have two Carbon Monoxide detectors in the trailer! After returning home, I purchased and received a hand held carbon monoxide detector from Amazon. I started the old furnace at home and the air from the original furnace immediately set off the alarm on the hand held CO detector. I removed the old Suburban furnace, located the manufacturers model number and ordered the Suburban Replacement Core. The new core fit well in my 11 year old furnace enclosure. The only modification was drilling one small hole in the enclosure to match up to the hole in the rear foot of the new core. Start by turn all electrical and propane off. You will need to cut wires going to the old furnace. Mark both ends and inspect where they connected to the old furnace. The new core wiring is of course different than the old one but take your time it isn't too hard to figure out. The new one came some install instructions and thankfully, a wiring diagram. The new furnace exceeded my expectations. It pushes more air, it is about the same for noise, and it puts out hotter air than the old one.
