This thing is a beast. I have had it for over a year, and it just keeps on working. Adjustable nozzles allow for varied pressure. Well worth the money.

Not heavy duty commercial grade but works really well and affordable. Lots of add ons. Used at home for tractor cleaning, lawn furniture, vehicles, sidewaks etc and for handyman jobs including deck wash. Powerful enough to warrant caution on wood decks . No complaints.

This product gets the job done, simple to set up and use, has some leakage at the hose inlet on the front when water’s running (can tape it) but pressure and washing capacity is perfect for washing cars

This is a great machine, easy to use, lots of power. The nozzle selection allows you to change the water stream to match what you are cleaning, and the nozzles are easy to install. The output hose is long which makes for easy use. The cart is good. All around a very good machine, much much better than the ones that I previously bought from the auto supply stores.

Works great. One of the small nozzles didn't quite stay on the wand so I contacted the company. The response was great and they sent a pack of nozzle ends out immediately. Received them within a week!Customer service is excellent.

The Sun Joe SPX3000-XT1 XTREAM pressure washer exceeded all my expectations! It’s incredibly powerful for an electric unit, making tough jobs like cleaning grime from my driveway, siding, and even my car a breeze. The different nozzles offer fantastic versatility, allowing for precise adjustments depending on the task. I was particularly impressed with the lightweight and easy maneuvering, even with long cleaning sessions. I bought it for cleaning my fence and concrete outdoors, and to clean my car. I didn't want to manage the gas, oil change and maintenance, so bought electric. the product itself is good. but i feel its not as powerful as gas ones we rent from home depot. its not as loud as gas ones, but is loud enough. and the cable is thick and long, and sticky. so its kinda difficult to manage. the 40' nozzle doesn't do much. the other nozzles are good. You may need to buy the floor attachment if you are planning to clean the concrete.

Having just disposed of my slightly smaller pressure washer, I am quite impressed by my new SunJoe washer. That assumes it is going to last for hopefully many years. I often get disappointed when buying average-priced consumer products. So often you wonder why did they do such a poor design when slight modifications to the design could have resulted in a better product without affecting the consumer price. I also know that accountants and marketing people often overrule engineering designs. This washer is quieter than my old washer. The various parts you have to assemble fit perfectly together, showing a good manufacturing process. The pressure wand is well-designed with quality components. The many nozzles supplied are well-matched to the capacity of the pump.

Muy buen producto y excelente desempeño, pero antes de un año falló en su eficiencia.Quise hacer efectiva la garantía (ofrecen 2 años en la misma página de Amazon) y me salieron conque esta empresa, solo vende y da servicio en USA y Canadá, y que no podían hacer nada porque el producto lo compre en Amazon Mexico.Esta es la respuesta que recibí: “ nuestros productos solo estaban destinados a ser vendidos en los EE. UU. y Canadá. No es Snow Joe + Sun Joe quien vende directamente nuestros productos fuera de los países mencionados. Su unidad se ordenó a Amazon, que es una compañía completamente diferente que nos solicita existencias y luego las revende en sus sitios web, incluido Amazon-México.”Y esta es su conclusión: En segundo lugar, seguimos comprometidos a brindar servicios de garantía a todas las unidades, incluida la suya. Solo que trabajamos solo dentro de EE. UU. y Canadá.En pocas palabras ya perdiste por no vivir en esos países.Pésimo servicio al cliente…!

I didn't really want to buy an electric (I have a Briggs & Stratton 6hp gasoline powered washer), but had an area where I needed something that was less noisy (more on this below). I had an electric a few decades ago, big name, useless. So I was leery. I was very much surprised. This worked really very well. It's not as powerful as my gasoline device, but it's not so far off either. I think this device is really quite adequate for most residential/homeowner applications. I would buy it again, no question. Strengths and weaknesses:STRENGTHS:like I said, it did a darn good job, only a little slower than my gasoline;there is a good selection of nozzles, and they change in a snap (pun);although the high pressure hose is not very long (20'), the electric cord give you a pretty good range;no oil, no oil change, no exhaust.WEAKNESSES:the assembly instructions were absolutely appalling;it is far from quiet. You don't really need hearing protection, but it's close;the trigger needs a very firm grip to keep it engaged. I'm pretty strong, and after an hour my hands were tired. no reason for this;yeah, the aluminum garden hose connection is really going to have a short life, junk. Why cheapen a good product with this?;did I mention how appalling the assembly instructions are?Nonetheless, overall pretty good, even surprising, and I would indeed buy it again.

I've only used it once since I bought it to clean the back walk way, but so far it has been good. It does what it's supposed to do and has all the needed fittings right out of the box. The most power electric one I've seen so far too.Update (May 2020). So I purchased this in June of 2017 and used it exactly one time. It worked great that one time (mentioned above). After a couple of years of owning this unit, storing it in a heated garage with the literally ONE TIME use of this power washer it has failed to start this 2nd time. I had 2 kids delivered by Stork to me since the purchase of this power washer and to those people with toddlers & infants, you'll know how little time you have to do stuff around the house... I finally had some free time today to get the exterior of my home power washed. To my surprise, what a huge disappointment the power washer plugged in and switched on for exactly 3 seconds and suddenly stopped on its own. I checked my GFCI outlet - nope it works fine. Checked the GFCI plug attached to the power cord of this unit - but it lights up fine. Tried the test and reset button on both the GFCI plug and Outlet, I'm not an electrician so I don't know about this stuff but all appears to be good. Plugged something else in my GFCI outlet to my house and that unit works fine....took my Sun Joe press. Washer and plugged into another outlet in my garage and it still does not start. Now though I purchased this shy of 3 yrs ago (will be 3yrs in 1month from now) and I understand things break down after uses, but I would hope that an item like this would last more than ONE use of maybe 2hrs or so. Nope! This unit is dead after one use and storing it properly in a heated garage for a couple of years. If this is the quality of Sun Joe products I am very dissatisfied. Sadly I just purchased a Sun Joe snow blower at the end of winter as well... Now I'm wondr5if it will switch on when I need it come next snowfall. Come on Sun Joe!!! Really?!?! This is all the use I can expect from this? I'll give it 1 star for the one time it actually worked in 2017.
