I love this hat. I wear it everyday walking around the city, and I also wear it on hikes. It meets my criteria!A. Blocks sun well - YesB. Stiff brim that won’t flop in wind - YesC. Wide brim to shield from the sun - YesD. Folds to fit in a bag - YES! Love this feature!E. Chin strap - YesF. Looks decent on me - Yes (It looks pretty good, which to me is a win for such a utilitarian hat!)G. Fits a small head - Sort of(It’s a bit loose even after I tighten the strap around the circumference of my head. But I just tighten the chinstrap tight to make up for the loose fit.)Downsides:It says to hand wash only. With how wide and stiff the brim is that makes sense…wouldn’t want the washer to bend it. But I still wish I could throw it in the wash. Mine is already looking a little dirty after weeks of continuous wear. I hope it comes clean easily enough.Biggest downside is the placement of the chin strap. It connects in front of my ears rather than behind like most hats. This means that if a big gust of wind comes from behind me, it can blow the hat right off my head! This happened to me the first day I was wearing the hat! I had the chin strap tightened as much as I could without hurting myself, and still the hat blew off. My hands were full and I almost lost it. Luckily I was able to retrieve it. The brim is wide, which means it catches strong wind pretty readily. Now I tether the bottom of the chin strap to my jacket every time I wear it, for peace of mind.

Si bien la descripción refería ala ancha y no se aprecia en la imagen que cubre los hombros, en realidad deja mucho que desearpues al realizar actividades practicamente debe una persona mirar hacia abajo en todo momento para que el sol no te de en las mejillas o en el cuello. deja pasar los rayos del sol y sigue sin vencer uno de palma cualquiera de ala ancha. Lo unico bueno es que trae cordon para ajustarse y absorbe muy bien el sudor, aunque tarda mucho en secarse.

Like the texture of the hat . I should have ordered Medium instead of large, it’s a little too big for me. Nevertheless, I used it when I go to the beach .
