A must have Spindle Puller Socket for your toolbox - provides three threading options for front spindles and works with commonly available slide hammers -- threads on the socket are compatible with both my OTC and Snap On slide hammers. I just used this tool on a Dana 60 Dodge (2") Spindle and it threaded on perfectly.Sunex tools are Made in Taiwan and are high quality - every bit as good as my Snap Ons and considerably less expensive.

Have a 1997 Ford F-250HD with a Dana 50 front axle. Worked great with an OTC slide hammer set I borrowed from a coworker. Only took a couple hits to pop off the spindle.

I bought this for the Dana 44 in my 1979 Ford F250. This truck is relatively rust-free so it came off without too much hassle but I have worked on trucks from the salt belt where the spindles had rusted on to the steering knuckle. Seriously for the price this is a good thing to have in your toolbox it will save a lot of headaches. Especially if you run older rigs with rust from the salt.
