Absolutely a great fit compared to a pricier name brand. I bought a couple pair. I'm in my work shoes for 12 hours a day. Very comfortable.

Found out my son's feet are on the "flat side" and he gets pain in his heel. Tried expensive shoes to fix it and it only helped so much.Doctor recommended this brand and it made all the different. Will be purchasing another pair so we don't have to keep switching out between his running shoes and boots.

I’m a marathon runner and have always loved the idea of Altras for their wide toe box—my toes can finally spread out the way they want to. But the zero drop and total lack of arch support were flaring up my low arch pain, especially on longer runs. I was getting that nagging ache along the inside of my foot and thought I might have to ditch the shoes altogether.Enter Superfeet’s low arch insoles—absolute game-changer. Now I feel supported, stable, and comfortable while still getting the natural toe splay that drew me to Altras in the first place. If you’re a runner with low arches trying to make Altras work, these insoles are 100% worth it.

I bought these to replace the flat liners in my Blundstones, as I have been dealing with Plantar Fasciitis due to 2 hard summer months in chainsaw work boots. I’ve never had issues with my blundstones, but I think the support in them right now may help with the support and recovery of the injury, now that I’m no longer needed to wear those work boots.I chose this style for the low arch support, as I have a flatter, less pronounced arch, and I wasn’t able to find a low arch in much of the other superfeet insoles with a heel pad.So far, I feel the support well and the pad helps with reducing the strain on the heel pad. Happy and feeling the feet slowly recover. For those who are still working in the boots or conditions that might be causing sore or injured feet, you might find some relief and support by adding these in sooner, unlike my mistake.

The insoles may not be exceptionally soft, but they provide excellent support for individuals with flat arches. I have found them to be versatile and have used them in various types of footwear. I am considering purchasing an additional pair. Initially, I utilized them in moccasins, wrapping a sock around the sole to prevent direct sweat absorption. They have proven effective in enhancing comfort in any slipper or slip-on shoe.

Decent insole but wasn’t a good fit on my size 14 shoes. Tried them in some of my tighter size 13 shoes and still found these as good as the $29 alternatives I’ve tried in the past. Not worth the money.

I have flat feet and over-pronate, and like to go dancing a fair bit. These really help my feet not feel so sore. I'm a lighter guy, so keep that in mind if that's relevant for you. They do tend to really absorb odour, so if you like them and can afford it, you might want to buy two pairs and alternate/air out.

Just received and inserted into my shoes. I didn’t even have to trim to fit, the generic insoles in my basketball shoes were basically the same size. I'm using these specifically for volleyball and will be trying them out tonight. I've tried my brothers Superfeet Orange before before but it made my ball shoes way to tight so I went back to using the generic insoles and never tried others to see what worked for me. These however, were perfect, a little snug but I can still wiggle my toes (always a plus for me) and just the right amount of cushion. Will update on how will they performed after playing volleyball.Update: During my volleyball run, the insoles performed better than I thought. Cushion/Impact Protection was phenomenal. My knees and especially my feet were not sore after playing volleyball for 3 hours. Every time I landed, it felt like I landed on a cloud. No kidding. I also realized, the insoles already molded to my feet. Not sure if it's because of all the jumping and running I did. First time EVER purchasing insoles so I'm not sure if they're suppose to mold to your feet that quick. Will have to see how they hold up playing volleyball 3-4 times a week.

These fit well with no trimming required. It's trial and error but my podiatrist says to pay attention to how the insert feels. If comfortable, then go for it. Makes simple yet perfect sense. Tried the women only version but did not like the fit. These are more comfortable.

I was looking for an insole to provide additional comfort in my forefoot and had seen these recommended elsewhere. What I wasn’t aware of is that these are replacements for what are in my case already excellent insoles. I should have read more carefully as I doubt these will work.

Bought these insoles as we were preparing for a month long vacation where we would be doing a lot of walking, about 15km a day. I tested the insoles out for about a month prior to the vacation using them during workouts on a treadmill. They were stiff and I figured they would work themselves in. Big mistake! The heel and forefoot cushions were so hard they ended up bruising the bottom of my feet. 1 week into our trip, I ended up buying a regular gel insole to provide additional cushioning. The positives of this insole are good arch support and they did prevent odors. Would not buy again!

This is my second pair- I absolutely love it for wide, flat feet. I had used the the green superfeet inserts for several years but these feel so much better.
