This is the worst thing I think I’ve ever bought on Amazon. I cannot believe that this has actually passed safety regulations and Amazon approved selling it, especially after looking at all the reviews. It is absolutely terrible. The step kept breaking, we decided to order a new ladder, but before it arrived, I was using this one and fell off of it. It is so dangerous. Do not buy it!!!

I dont really like this ladder the instructions were impossible to understand and it is not sturdy at all, you have to hold it while someone uses it.

In my opinion, this thing is poorly constructed and unsafe - it was extremely difficult to assemble ( two people @ 3 hours ) and fell apart almost immediately. We got a refund. I suggest you order something else !! This sucks

I was very disappointed with this ladder. The instructions were terrible. The materials are cheap. Ladder already had some rust on it. After finally getting it assembled it became apparent that it was a very unstable ladder. Had to hold it for people to use. Within a month the bottom of the legs in the pool started to rust. The steps kept slipping because the clamps to hold them in place are poorly made and dont stay together correctly. Avoid this ladder. It has been thrown in the trash pile!!!!

The product was great. The instructions were a little vague, but we figured it out. It was the shape the package was in when I got it. It was open and beat up. It was thrown in the driveway at the bottom of my porch, and a few pieces were hanging out of the box or completely out and laying in my driveway. The FedEx employee didn't even bring it to the door. Shame on them!

The instructions were not good! It said it was an easy assembly and would only take about an hour.... took me 4 hours. You had to really study the diagrams & keep flipping pages back & forth. Even the diagrams were of poor quality. Black pieces done in black and white pictures is not easily read. I had to pretty much figure it out on my own & still had to take some of it apart & try again because the instructions were not clear at all!! While I was taking it apart to redo, a small piece from under one of the steps broke off. Also, the white pieces that connect the 2 bars at each step are not staying in place very well...& I assembled them correctly. There is space between & I’m afraid they are going to pinch a finger or toe. The rest of the ladder is a decent quality.... not great, just decent. Was expecting better for what I paid. It’s usable... but I’m very disappointed in the quality.
