Updated 2023/10/12:The small changes that they’ve made to this product in the past few years have made a huge difference. The bag is more resilient and the stitching is better reenforced. It is really nice to see a company making improvements to their product rather than just trying to push the same, flawed design.I’d highly recommend this bag and brand to anyone!Original purchase review:This is an awesome concept for an amazing product, but unfortunately, some of the stitching broke on my second workout. I did not use this product violently outside of its intended purpose. I was able to use the bag in many different exercises, but the strap suddenly started ripping when I tried to pick it up.Update 8/2023:Despite some of its weaknesses, this proved to be a good product and I have used the heck out of it. Now that my first bag is in its last legs, I decided to give a new bag a shot. It looks like they’ve made some design upgrade, so I’m looking forward to seeing how those stand up to some serious workouts.

So the bags arrived quickly. However they were empty so I had to get the sand then while filling them I realised there was a hole in one of the bag. Other than that they are good quality
