Installed the switch when tightening the large nut that holds the switch in place the thread stripped on the switch with hardly any pressure ,not happy

Switch works great but it would be nice to have some rubber protective cover on these large live wires.

Using this switch for a battery shut off on my van that has a parasitic draw. when parked for long periods my battery would drain.Not anymore ! Does the job no more jump starts or battery charging .

This battery quick disconnect switch is extremely heavy compared to the plastic switches I have had before.My Pros:1) Solid metal build;2) Firm on and off switching, with a definite click you can hear and feel;3) Heavy duty terminals.My Cons:1) Some play in the switch handle, its not much but it wiggles which takes away from the solid build feel of the switch.Overall, it is a decent metal battery disconnect switch that is competitively priced compared with other plastic switches.
