First off it showed up neatly packed and taped making it appear new. It was clean but there are obvious signs that it had been used. Marks from where the z-height was too close and the nozzle made impressions on the plate. There's was also some sort of glue or tape residue. It is also much thicker and less flexible than the one I ordered previously. I went into my orders and reordered the same plate but its definitely not the same. It also did not come with the magnet that is pictured. If I didn't need it for Christmas stuff I would send it back and order directly from the printer manufacturer. It will work for what I need right now but I will be throwing it away and buying direct as soon as I'm done.
