I used these to hang a fancy axe on my living room wall. The brackets are the perfect size to accept the axe handle. They compliment the axe well without detracting from the display.

I made a 54 inch oak plaque to hang the sword vertically. Hooks were perfect and easy to install. The included 1 inch screws were too long for my 3/4 inch oak but shorter screws were easy to find. Hooks were perfect color pewter, sturdy and well sized. Great product.
