These are the best pencils. Smooth writing and easy sharpening, without breaking. Reasonable price on Amazon, obviously quick shipping with prime.

As always from Amazon the product came all out of the original boxes and were just hanging out in the shipping box. For the price I thought they'd at least be sharpened. Still a good pencil though.

Good value, love that there is no eraser as kids just bite them off anyway! And in kindergarten I prefer they don't erase their work.

The lead is strong so far. I love how it doesn’t roll off the table and my child can hold it properly to write.

No me llegó el producto y no me han regresado mi dinero después de un mes de que lo pedí. No puedo calificar la calidad pero es molesto que lo confirmen y luego lo cancelen y no regresen lo cobrado

It was a little pricey, but well worth it. It is helping my son learn how to hold his pencil properly. And for that, it is worth it

Primary better than intermediate. First I use Triwrite because they are more ergonomic, not that they don't roll over. When choosing Triangular pencils its always TICONGEROGA TRIWRITE VRS TICONDEROGA TRIWRITE. Now which TRIWRITE to choose? They come as STANDARD, LADDIE & MY FIRST. Well I am a teaching Prof in a medical school and had been using Standard then shifted to LADDIE a year ago. Well there is no difference in external size, only that LADDIE has a thicker core which I found suitable for me.For my kid ( preschool) I had given him LADDIE then came across MY FIRST and decided to try.Well these have a thicker external diameter as well as a thicker core. The grip of my son is better as these are thicker. I have replaced his Laddie with MY FIRST.Regarding cutters: on a Steadler pencil cutter I had to just push a little and it worked. See attached pic.

We purchased these pencils for our little one as they are easier to grip and handle than pencils that are simply round; they feel more comfortable and natural in the hand. The quality of the product and quick service/delivery from this seller was much appreciated.I have used other brands previously and there is a noticeable difference in quality. The price was great and the quality of the product is excellent. I'll order more of these when the 4 packages we ordered runs out.

Awesome pencils! I was hesitant to purchase these initially because they were so much more expensive than regular pencils, but my 3 year old was begging for pencils so she could practice her ABCs and our preschool teacher recommended these. These are the perfect shape for chubby little hands. She had a hard time holding a regular thin pencil and would get frustrated when it would slip out of her hands. These fit her perfectly and she's able to draw and write very comfortably. They also last forever. Even with her pressing hard, the lead never breaks. We bought this box over a year ago and are still on our second or third pencil since the lead never breaks. I can see this lasting forever.

I'm happy to finally found the triangular pencils which can be sharpened with regular pencil sharpener!I used to buy the big black triangular pencils for our kids (6 and 3). They are great to learn how to hold a pencil properly with a kid's tiny hand. But it was not fun to sharpen with an exact knife every single time. And the older one needed to get used to a regular sized pencils, but she still had a tendency to grip weirdly with a regular circular pencil if I didn't remind her.So this standard sized triangular pencils solved my problem. I love that they can be sharpened with regular pencil sharpeners and still in a triangular shape. Now kids can sharpen on their own without any danger, and still get a good habit of holding pencil correctly.Even for adults, I find that I don't feel tired holding a pencil with this shape. Also, the eraser at the end works well. I don't like when some erasers at the end of pencils just smudges the writing, but these ones do erase.

The perfect pencil for the work shop. They sharpen with a standard sharpener and the triangular shape keeps them from rolling onto the floor or anywhere else.

I ordered these pencils after my sister brought me a triangular pencil from France. I thought they made a perfect size for carpenter's pencils. I wasn't wrong. I usually like a normal pencil instead of the flat carpenters pencil because they are more accurate but they are a little too fragile to carry in a tool belt. The Laddie Tri-Write is a little more substantial than a standard writing pencil and they hold up to a lot of abuse, but you can still sharpen them down to a nice point. The lead is a little soft so they leave a nice dark line which is easy to see with sawdust flying around. I wouldn't complain if it was slightly harder so the point would last longer, but for me the point holds up for almost an entire work day. The triangular profile makes it a little less likely to roll off a work piece but not nearly as stable as the standard carpenters pencil. Conclusion: if you like a more accurate pencil for marking lumber and the little ones are always breaking this pencil is a great alternative. Now if I could only find someone who could print my logo on them...
