These pencils are wonderful! We have been using them for about 10 years now and I don't really ever plan on using any other kind of pencil. Put it this way, if this company ever stops making these pencils, I will consider buying a bulldozer and outfitting it with a concrete shell.

These are great pencils and write smoothly with good dark lead color. Much better than yellow pencils. Better erasers too. If but these over yellow #2 any day!

These have become my favorite pencils and I even found out that the schools require this brand now. I like the feel of the lead and it's nice and dark as well. They sharpen properly too. They're a #2/HB and if you draw or do artwork, HB has always been a nice pencil. They aren't cheap, but I'll pay more for quality.

Just like the cheaper once. Not sure why these were so hyped up. Regret buying them! But opened the package and used one, can’t return. Please just buy normal once! Don’t waste your money.

The pre-sharpened feature is a great convenience, allowing me to use the pencils straight out of the box without any hassle. The HB 2 softness provides a smooth writing experience with just the right amount of dark, legible lines, making them perfect for both writing and sketching. The black finish gives the pencils a sleek and professional look, and the wood casing feels sturdy and durable. The erasers are also top-notch, effectively removing graphite without leaving smudges or tearing the paper.

Everyone knows about these pencils. They are usually the best. These, however, had all broken leads inside. Plus, ordered two and only received one. Almost 20$ for 20 crappy pencils.

Like the black colour, it blends with the music stand and invisible

Can't beat Ticonderoga pencils for smooth writing, durability, erasability, etc. Totally worth the investment.

Not to single out these pencils or anything. It seems like pencils have all of a sudden degraded in quality. Brands that used to be decent now all seem to have leads that are inconsistent and contain harder bits that make them sharpen unevenly and draw unevenly as well. Like the HB becomes 2H for a bit now and then is the only way I can describe it. For regular use it's probably no big deal but I have used Ticonderoga pencils often in the past for drawing and they just seem worse than they used to be. It's a shame because it was nice to have a pencil of decent quality without having to spend big money on the "real" art pencils. *shrug*

If you sketch or often find yourself just doodling out plans, these are great pencils.
