The handle is two piece screw together and screws to the Head. It seems like flimsy plastic. I'm not sure how long before it cracks. The head itself is a small silicone fat bendable almost spatula type shape. The holder that it goes in conveniently attaches to the wall via a sticky tab that you can slide it on and off for cleaning. My problem with the holder is that it has holes in the very bottom so if you use this brush it's going to drip on your floor.

A very basic toilet brush. The base is just a container with a hole at the bottom -- i prefer the ones which open and close as you set the brush inside. This is the most basic brush holder and brush you'll find.
