Okay let's be honest, this is just an inexpensive power adapter, so why the 5 Star Rating? This was to be used with a Roku 3 media device however when it arrived I could easily tell that it was not going to fit, the plug was just too large. Inside the package was a document from the seller that satisfaction was guaranteed and to phone or email with any issues so they could be dealt with. I elected to email and with hours I received a reply reiterating that satisfaction would indeed be guaranteed. The vendor asked a few questions to confirm fit issues with the Roku 3 and the next day I received a tracking number for a replacement. The new adapter arrived and works fine.5 Star rating for this vendor for ensuring that the consumer is totally satisfied. Thank you!
