We bought this when redoing our master bath. I wasn't sure how great it would be as it was a fraction of the price of all the big box stores but we are so happy with this. We just bought another one for our new en suite.

Its a nice pile of crap. Spend a little bit more and buy a name brand. Plus theres no Pressure.The service is good. They do honour the warranty. They sent me a new Handle but it also leaks. All this to say Its going in the Garbage and Buying Canadian or American. Sorry China But this Product Sucks!

The product looks really nice now, but the installation was a big challenge. The instructions are not clear on how far back to set the drop ears for the faucets, and the threads on the faucets are poor quality and required multiple reassemblies and I wound up having to use both PTFE tape AND Liquid Pipe dope on all three connections to get them to seal.Instructions need work and thread quality needs improvement.

The valve was making a high pitch hissing sound, and at first I thought it was just the valve settling in. After a couple days I took it apart and I think there is a faulty piece in the valve that splits the hot/cold water. I purchased another one and it doesn't have the issue. I'm trying to return the first one but the seller won't allow me to return, so I'm down ~$250 for a broken shower set that I could've bought at Home Depot. If I can return it then this experience would be five stars since the new set works. Sometimes the cheaply made and assembled plumbing sets just have issues.

Absolutely love this faucet set. The rain shower is so soothing. It might not be for everyone if you like hard water, but if you like the relaxing feel of rain water then definitely worth getting. It's got the attachments that are just as nice. It was easy to put together although I might be biased because I've done it many times before. It looks elegant and overall, definitely worth the purchase.
