🔺 Please Note:
1. Some Models need to trim 1/8 inch of metal on the opening to get to fit, all the aftermarket lights are like this, such as 2015 GMC Sierra 1500, 2017 Silverado 1500
2. The difference with the OEM is that there is no clip in the middle of this light, but it does not affect the fixing and use.
3. Foam gasket is generally waterproof. Please kindly put a little silicone or some clear RTV all across the light to help seal it just in case it leaks into the light or where the wires are;

Last minute purchase as my OEM one was cracked and leaking. This looks ok but doesn’t sit flush to cab as oem and leaves the foam seal exposed so it will be leaking again in no time…. Find an OEM one!

Brake light bulb burned out. Upgraded to the LED. Easy to install, cargo lamp MUCH brighter. Before and after pictures shown. I did go with the Ruxifey thicker gasket.

Had this for the past 8 months, when I originally put it on found there was a leak even with the new gasket , I put a thin layer of silicon around and been great ever since very bright aswell.
