These seem like they will last. The Neoprene is nice and thick and well bonded to the washer.

Sticky neoprene ? backing came off easily when I pried it - - but I wanted it to do that. Overall seems like good quality. Been outside in rain for well over a month and not seeing any signs of rust etc so far.

I did a lot of work replacing bolts and putting on locking nuts on my golf cart this winter. I used these whenever I was putting them up against metal. I like the bonding of the rubber while still having the strength of the steel against the bolt. I’m only using these from now on even if it is over kill. I go thru a very bumpy field to get to the course and these help to keep things secure and quiet. No more squeaks from metal on metal.

Good part, exactly as described.I used these under 5mm screws as a vibration dampening measure on my car. I can't say for sure that it helped much, but they are a nice washer with a good feel so I am using them everywhere that I need a small washer.
