Works fantastic, easy to install and no drilling required if you don’t opt for that option! The water flow is great, but it also comes with a water resistance mesh if you want harder pressure. Looks lovely !Highly recommend!

Esay install, works well, looks great. I couldn't get the suction cup to hold worth a darn, so I used the double sided tape. All's good.

Best thing ever. Install was fairly simple. Works like a charm. I can finally reach the diverter and shower head without standing on tip toes. The diverter turns so smoothly. I can't love it enough. And spouse can slide up for his height.

This shower head is great. Absolutely love that you can change from fixed head to handheld within reach. Most of the others you have to change on the top which is so hard for short people like me.

We'd been wanting on of this type shower for quite a while. Unfortunately, Amazon won't sell most of them to addresses in California. Anyway this is an easy install and works great.

Beautiful looking. Low price. But most pieces are made of plastic and water flow is less than expected. I think it would be suitable for a low usage guest shower, not one that is used daily.I returned it. Purchased a different combo shower head on Amazon that is all-metal and has better water flow. Glad to find that the return process is easy.

Not a bad shower, but for the price, I was hoping for better water pressure, but it's not horrible. This replaced a much cheaper unit we didn't like because the hand-held shower head was difficult to connect, and the valve was impossible to reach for my short little arms. This one is awesome that way. I can move the hand-held wherever, whenever. I like that I can turn it and angle it in creative ways too. It makes it easy to rinse buckets and clean without getting my clothes wet. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the low valve switch. No more face full over water while trying to adjust the shower how I like it.The water pressure on the old, $30, shower was better. This one is good, not great -- no needles of warm massage on your sore muscles. My husband would like it much stronger. (Of course we removed the stupid water-saver piece first thing.) What he loves, though, is that he doesn't have to squish his 6'6" body under a tiny spray anymore to keep warm thanks to the rain shower. He also loves turning off the rain shower for the last few minutes, and blasting himself with the handheld on the massage setting. It rinses well but he likes it to hurt.I like the massage setting on the hand held for filling containers and cleaning things. I also like the trickle setting for shaving and such. I do like the rain shower/hand-held combo for immersing myself in a nice warm down-pour.For clarity, we have a water filter attached to this dual-shower head. So that, likely, plays a part in reducing the pressure. However, we used the same filter with the cheap shower, but had better results.Also, this shower holds up nicely attached to a 3-foot extension arm, thanks to the pole that stabilizes it against the shower wall. It can be tricky planning out the mounting system for this when you have high ceilings and a high-mount. But we were successful with a sturdy extension that has 2 joints in it.The only other thing that is a minor issue is the suction cups move and don't stick all that well to our fiberglass wall. The whole assembly gets moved often when I dismount the hand-held. However, there are no leaks and I trust my husband's handy know-how to fix it if all the movement loosens the connections. He only wrapped the connections once or twice with plumbers tape. No need to go crazy.
