We use these to organize small hardware like screws and nails, easy-to-lose jewelry bits, and small amounts of spices, sprinkles, and so on. They're very sturdy, easy to open and close, and have held up to frequent use for over a year.

I may spend more time organizing and storing various supplies than using them, but it’s nice to be able to find a part or item when I want it, and these bags are a terrific option for me. I’m someone with several hobbies that require a significant amount of spare or optional parts and equipment. Whether it’s for my Harley, Boating and Fishing, Rifle and Pistol Shooting, or Coin Collecting, it helps to have a protective system or means of organization. I have these in almost every size available, and I’ve been very pleased with the investment. The bags are air-tight, super durable, and they can hold and protect almost anything that’s smaller than a bowling ball (metal parts, coins, fishing lures, emblems, jewelry, liquids, etc.) . They’re also see-through and firm Enough for a permanent label. I use them primarily for fishing and shooting supplies and spare equipment, but I’ve recently found them to be especially useful for storing collectible coins. I’ve used them for travel, filling them with edibles, liquids, batteries, electronic device cords and cables, and other small items that might otherwise cause clutter or even damage. They don’t take up much space, and they can be filed, stacked, or bundled and handed to suit your project need. Sharp objects won’t easily pierce the thick plastic material, and they’ll last ten times longer than a regular zip-lok bag.

Very thick. Honestly, the product photo shows these bags as crystal clear, and they are such thick zip bags that they are, in fact, the slightest bit hazy and opaque. Great for shipping small delicate products, and they look and feel nicer than the typical super thin zip bags that you can get all over Amazon.

I rated the 2"x2" 2 mil bags I ordered that were very thin and hard to open. So, I ordered the 6 mil 2"x3" bags and they are better suited to my needs. The zip part is very hard and stiff, but the bag itself is very sturdy. Maybe I need the 4 mil...LOL. I think with time the zip will soften a bit and they will be quite good.
