This knob is an authentic part for the speaker stands, and it fits. A bit pricey though, but as I understand it they don't really make these anymore

This fits on a ProLine stand, although the screw is about an inch longer than it needs to be.

These parts were the perfect fit for my speaker stands. I was having the issue where my stands wouldn't stay collapsed. After looking at the hand knobs, I realized that both the bolts and the nuts were stripped. I picked up a handful of these to replace on my stands, and all is well again. I will pick up a few more just to keep in my DJ toolbox, in case it happens on the road. These were also significantly less expensive than buying new stands.
