Unigear's kids' mittens offer good protection against the winter chill with their waterproof design, making them suitable for snow play and skiing. The included string helps keep the mittens from getting lost, which is a practical feature for active kids. However, while they perform well in terms of keeping hands dry, the overall fit and insulation could be improved. They are a decent choice for winter activities but may not offer the highest level of warmth or durability.

I was drawn to these mitts because of the string (which is great) but the quality of the mittens themselves is awesome. Super warm, super soft and sturdy. My only thing to caution is that they run small (I ended up buying the size 6-8 for my 4 year old). Otherwise, love my purchase!

Love the deep thumb holes, easy for toddler to get thumb into. Easy on and off. Very warm. Have worn them on -15C and toddler stayed warm and dry.

Got these for my 5yo grandson and my daughter said they are amazing. She loves the string for going through the coat sleeves, the zippers and they keep little hands warm and dry for hours of play in the wet snow. I bought another pair for my 4yo granddaughter!

These are the most durable and thick and they fit excellent on my son I have been looking for some nice quality mittens for him and these ones have fit him just perfectly so now he can go outside and while he’s waiting for the bus he does not have to worry about his hands getting cold or if he wants to go outside and play in the snow he does not have to worry about his hands getting cold at all because these gloves are nice and thick and will keep his hands very warm

Sturdy gloves that have kept my little one's hands warmer. The zipper is sturdy, there is a strap at the wrist that helps keep the gloves on and prevents snowing from getting in.
