We had to block a couple of drawers in our RV when on the move to prevent them opening and damaging the cabinets. Now we just pop in the buttons on these units and the drawers stay locked in place.

Push latches need to work 100% of the time. One failure can damage lots of other stuff. Beyond this products failure to secure drawers in a trailer, one latch jammed and broke. Installation was way too fussy, demanding an impossible level of precision figment and even after exhaustive adjustment they still failed. Failure caused damage to expensive cabinetry and hours of work.
