This upgraded 15 amp version provides a 25% percent longer ride time than the 12Ah replacement Peg Perego battery and 85% more ride time compared to the original 8Ah battery. It can be used in all 12 volt ride-on-toy applications licensed by Peg Perego including the John Deere tractor, Case IH Magnum tractor, Gaucho, and Gator. Original & replacement batteries may be identified as follows: CF12V12-T, IAKB0501, IAKB0502, DJW12-12HD, DMU 12-12, 2606FR, NP12-12. The 15Ah is NOT a direct replacement for the 7, 8, or 9Ah batteries, only the 12Ah.

We have tried three different batteries for my son’s John Deere tractor and this has been the best by far. At least 2 hours of riding time, it gives it plenty of power to get through snow. So worth it!

Bought this to replace a junk battery in my son's Peg Perego Gator XUV and was hoping it would give it a little more ooomph, as he is getting older. I had already replaced his battery once and was disappointed with the last one, since it never seemed to have much power and the charge faded quickly. This battery is great! It runs strong - both my son and I agree that the Gator seems to have more power, speed, and stamina than it did even when new. No problem with hills or passengers now!

The battery is good but I can’t keep it charged. I don’t know if I have to get a new charger for the battery.
