Putting this one wheel on my pack out makes a huge difference. I work in a nursing home as maintenance. I push around for units on my pack out. It makes life a lot easier moving that around the building. They recommend if you have a pick out definitely need this.

My Milwaukee packout I used for plumbing and HVAC is very heavy ! This makes is easier to move and less stress on the arms ! Very strong and good build quality ! Seems to last the test of time it’s been very useful so far !

Great idea, but average build. Needs to have a better quality and taller wheel. The pack out rubs on the floor, and the wheel is wearing down after only 3-4months. I may just change out the wheel myself. The metal parts are very well made.

Fácil instalación. Solo hay que asegurarse de que el soporte trasero apriete contra la caja y apretar la contratuerca.

To start with, this is a well designed and well engineered product. It’s heavy duty and for the most part it works as intended. However, there are a few problems that you need to be aware of before you make this purchase.1. Due to the limited clearance, the wheel creates between the bottom of the box and the ground, this unit only works on hard flat surfaces, such as concrete, tile, or wood floors. Without modification, it will not work on any carpeted surfaces. Also, it will not roll over the smallest bumps or imperfections in the floor. If there is a deviation such as a height gap between your garage floor and your driveway when rolling out, the bottom of the box will still catch the floor.2. There are no install instructions with this item. You need to look at the Amazon product page to get the details on how it’s installed. It is not terribly difficult, but even with that there are no instructions on how to make any adjustments.3. The unit does not take into account the fact that overtime both the Milwaukee box and the metal foot rod the unit attaches to will flex. When this happens, the bottom of the box will start dragging regardless of the surface that it’s on. My Milwaukee stack is four boxes high. None of them overloaded. And this started happening to me not long after the wheel was installed. The unit does not provide any type of adjustment to increase the lift off the floor.4. There is no built in vertical adjustability to allow to adjust the height of the wheel. The only adjustability with this product is with the tightening screw that tightens to the bottom of the Milwaukee box to hold the unit steady. If you tighten this too far, it will actually push the wheel out and up causing you to have even less clearance below the bottom of the box. If over tightened, the box will still touch the floor. Again, this is due to the flex in the box itself and in the metal foot rod. I found a simple and inexpensive solution that corrects this problem. I inserted two large washers between the top of the wheel mount and the box. This pushed the wheel further forward and down, thus creating more clearance when the wheel was in the mobile position. I used 3M two way tape to secure the washers to the box, to each other, and to the wheel mount. Once I completed this modification as shown in the pictures attached, the unit worked well, even on low type office carpeting. Before purchasing this unit, you may want to consider spending $20 more for the style that connects the wheels to the Milwaukee box vertical aluminum bars. I have several associates who have done this and it seems to work well. The only downside is you do lose the ability to attach other accessory items to those rail positions. Finally, I noted that one other user had indicated that his stack worked better rolling it backwards as it put the wheel into its natural position. I also found this to be the case. The unit works better when rolling backwards for both transit and turning. This will work fine if your stack is tall, but if you have a low stack and want to use the handle, you will find the turning to be a bit more difficult than shown in the video for the product on Amazon.I hope everyone finds this review helpful.

When I initially installed it worked great, but as my box has become heavier it is now useless. I do heavy mechanical maintenance and all my 1/2" sockets, wrenches and pry bars are just too heavy for the little wheel and bracket to support. If you have lighter tools for electrical or plumbing it will probably work great for you.
