I tried to use this under my dress for a wedding but it wasnt helpful for me and it could have been user error but i even tried to watch videos on how to use it and i still couldnt get it to work for me. The tape isn't easy to cut, it kept sticking to itself, super sticky but once on me it stayed for a bit but then I could see it peeling up while i was getting ready. So I threw what I used away and went the simple route of nipple covers and called it a day

I wore this with a dress that had spaghetti straps. I wouldn’t use these to hold me up without a structured dress over them because the edges peeled off a little, but for my purposes it was great to give me a nicer cleavage shape while the dress supported me. If you have a large bust, this tape may be too narrow, making your boobs mis-shaped due to gravity vs tape. On the plus side, it did not damage my skin on removal. For reference I am a 36F.

I absolutely loved this set. The tape held up really well (over 8 hours of continuous use). I bought this to use with a dress that has a very deep V cut in the front so the tape went mostly on the outside part of my boobs near my arm pits. I was outdoors in the sun for 2 hours and even when I got hot and a little sweaty there was no issues with the tape holding everything in place.I have really sensitive skin so I was happy that a test patch was included. I’ll followed the instructions for both using the tape and removing it and didn’t get a rash.I loved the way the tape looked and worked so much that I started using it and the nipple covers a couple times a week instead of wearing a bra. Way more comfortable.The reusable nipple covers are great with the tape or on their own as well. With everything that is included, I’d definitely recommend this set.
