The part is identical to the OEM bushing but it is rigid plastic. The OEM is more malleable than this replacement which allows for some give when fitting into the transmission cable. The hard plastic makes it impossible to insert into the shift cable. Do not recommend.

This is another AT shifter busing that everyone said would fit a 2015 Lincoln MKC.This time they were right. Took about 15 minutes to install and works like a charm.Beats a $500.00+ bill at the Ford garage any day.
