The stitches of handle came off after using 3 times. Maybe this specific one was made poorly, but wouldn’t recommend it :/

there were no instructions and it took me a bit to figure out the velcro straps. once figured it out it does the stretching I wanted to do with it. Had plantar fasciitis once and this I believe will help not to get it again
