Q: When the camera is near to the receiver, there is a howling.

A: Lower the volume or put the monitor away from the camera.

This phenomenon is caused by the acoustic feedback. The audio signal picked up by the microphone is picked up by the microphone after the received horn sounds. It is superimposed with the sound at the camera and then transmitted. The receiving end will emit a louder sound than before. Thus, the self-excited oscillation is formed and the whistling sound is generated.

Q:No pictures from the camera.

A:1. Check the Monitor Channel settings, make sure the monitor is on the right channel.

2. Check the power supply on the camera, make sure they are properly connected

3. Make sure the camera and the monitor is in range, when used indoors, the range will be affected by the wireless interference and walls in between.

4. Try to pair the camera and the monitor again.

Q: The image and voice transmission is not smooth. The video or audio jams.

A:The wireless transmission can be affected by obstructions like walls /doors/glasses/ trees, also other high power devices like microwave oven or wireless router have certain influence on the transmission.

I was looking to buy a video camera for my baby to see him while I am out of home or in office so I bought this baby monitor with audio and camera from amazon.I really liked this baby surveillance camera with monitor. It’s has a 355 degree remote pan interchangeable optical lens which covers every angle and movement for my baby. I really liked its 2 way audio mode so it gives me a lot of control over the situation as well. It has night vision visibility feature as well which makes this camera very amazing.I am impressed and happy with this baby surveillance camera with monitor and I would like to recommend it as well.

This video baby monitor exceeded my expectations! The camera quality is clear, even in night vision mode, and the 355° remote pan ensures full room coverage. The VOX mode is very useful, automatically turning on when sound is detected, and the two-way audio allows easy communication. The lullabies are a nice touch to soothe my baby to sleep. The 3.5” LCD screen provides a crisp display, and I love that it supports up to 4 cameras for multiple views. Highly recommended for peace of mind and convenience!
