To echo the comments of another reviewer. The lock nuts are the wrong thread pitch. The rest of the kit seems ok.

Before starting any installation check if the two #17 metric lock nuts easily thread onto the cable ends. If they don't thread on with your fingers STOP. The two lock nuts as provided are the wrong thread pitch (10 x 1.50) for the application. You need to replace both nuts with metric lock nuts, 10 x 1.25. The supplied nuts will ruin the threads. Otherwise the cables, hardware, etc. seems to be of good quality for the money.

This was a real “problem solver” for me!Original intermediate cable would not work with my exhaust and crossmember. Having both cables running up the driver’s side fixed that!It did attach to the front cable and operates correctly after drilling out the threads to allow it to move freely on the adjustment.Overall… I’m delighted! Quality piece for sure!

I hate rating anything at five stars. But I couldn't help it with this one. I got it on a prime deal day. So less than $50. I've already installed them. Very good quality. Instructions would have been nice but it's very basic. Put these on a Ford 8-in rear end with 9 inch drum brakes. Very simple swap over. Would definitely buy this again.
