Great printer, easy to handle and the quality of the print is great. Had a slight issue with my order as the cartridge was not working (missing a chip) I contacted the buyer and got a very fast response and the cartridge was replaced very quickly and all works perfectly. I would definitely recommend. Great service

I purchased the WELCZEK handheld printer instead of the Bentsai printer and I have had no regrets.It does the same job for a fraction of the price and can print barcodes, dates, lot numbers, etc.I use mine to print 3 lines including ID code, Manufacture date and expiry date.I recently had an issue with the printer and with in 12 hours I was contacted and the problem fixed as easy as 1,2,3,4,5. I literally had to take the stylus and touch 5 points and the printer was recalibrated and problem solved. The problem was my fault to begin with because I started to touch every command until I had to reach out for help.I recommend this hand held printer not because it is a really good printer but the quick response and customer service was excellent and the CSR did not hesitate to solve the problem. There is also a metal positioning frame that helps in printing curved surfaces.Tip. Remove the ink when it is not in use to extend it's lifespan.

I want to like the product, but the instruction manual is very brief and unhelpful. The product description talks about there being customer service for anything, but there is no contact information. Asking questions here on the Q&A of Amazon results in unhelpful answers. With the lack of after-sales support, I cannot recommend this product.

This compact handheld printer is lightweight and super easy to set up and use. You can easily navigate the set up menu to customise your text and format. There is also a guide to keep the print straight - I just scroll scroll my boxes - in 1 second the print has transferred and dried.I have also tried on various products and materials and it has worked every time!For a budget logo printer this is great!

I’ve tested and used the product a week.The product can print on multiple surfaces but I only print on paper for my work, and the printing qualities are really good.From first to third are test pictures on paper.If printed on the ruler, it’s waterproofed but can be cleared with alcohol products such as hand sanitizer as 5th of pictures shown.It can line up the printing text by making sure you line up the middle of the machine and half horizontal of the roller at where you want it printed as 4th picture, so you can print text aligned as first to 3rd pictures.I love the freedom of using my own fonts. It can save fonts (both ttf and ttc are workable) in usb flash, then fonts can be opened from external fonts folder in the printer.All files you save in the folder, you can name/rename it and search it (use FIND), and you can still edit everything (font type and size..etc) anytime. It’s really a convenient function!Only when using external fonts, you would have empty text when reopening the file first time after each turn on as 6th picture shown. This is normal not broken! You only need to reopen the external font type you want, then the text will show up again.Not hard to learn how to use the printer. And I’ve confirmed with seller that only need update/upgrade when ink cartridge cannot be recognized by the printer.So far for me, this is a mature and stable product for printing when maintain properly.

This is a great little handheld printer that can print on a variety of surfaces. I have an issue with the 1st unit not working so i contacted the seller who walked me through some trouble shooting but we coudn't determine what the issue was so they promptly sent me another unit which works great. Very good communication from the seller and happy with purchase!
