I bought this to measure Valve Tappet buckets for atv/utv/motorcycles. Worked like a charm. I could correctly calculate the needed valve tappet with confidence instead of just doing the math based off of a worn bucket without actually knowing what size its worn down to.

This micrometer has been an invaluable tool for me, and works just as well as most name brands for 5 to 10 times the price. If you're on a budget like me, and need a micrometer, this is the one to get.
