It came really flat and folded in half and we couldn’t make it back into shape and so I wish I could give it no stars, Nothing could make it go back in the shape. None of the steaming techniques worked to shape the hat including using stiffener, it’s not a felt hat is a cotton mix.

This hat is labeled as a kid's hat but it's actually too big for kids. To ship the hat, they flatened it, which damaged it :(It doesn't hold proper shape.

Seems like decent quality but hat was shipped in plastic bag and was basically flattened and the brim in cracked
