My two sons are 6 and 7, and very competitive with sports. I regularly pitch tennis balls or rubber balls to my kids and they have been teeing off on me with big time home runs in the backyard. I bought these and was able to put a stop to it immediately. I have learned some deceiving pitches such as a real nasty slider and a fast ball up and in that totally saws them off. Plus a side-arm pitch that actually makes the ball curve 'up'. Now I am not the lame dad I once was, getting whooped by my kids , but instead have a full compliment of pitches to frustrate them to tears. Yesssssss!

SOFTBALL SIZED WIFFLE BALLSWe have two Greyhound girls and was offered an opportunity to adopt a rescue dog from Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico. So, we now have little Diego who is a nine month old MOSTLY Whippet and Heinz 57 for the rest of him. Mix that all up and you have one cute little guy. Diego was in PR during the hurricane, was shipped to New Jersey, ended up in a shelter in Ohio, and now he lives with us. He is keeping us all young.We found an ancient wiffle ball in our back yard barn that used to be our kids who are now in their 30's. He plays with that constantly! Mostly he loves to chase it around our yard and carry it around. It is 12 inches and barely fits in his little mouth, but he manages. We decided to get him a six pack for his entertainment.Now it's way too cold for him to be outside so he plays with these in the house. The Greyhounds enjoy them too. The older one cracked but we are sure that was due to the age of the ball and let's face it -- wiffle balls are NOT made for sharp non-relenting puppy teeth to attack them. The new ones are holding up nicely. They do have teeth marks in them from chewing, but that's OK. They are not shedding or breaking.I am sure Diego and his sisters will have hours of fun with their wiffle balls and maybe they will let our grand kids play baseball with them also!Always fun for kids and dogs!

The 12 inch "king size" wiffleballs are the classic wiffleballs in what I call softball size. They are just what you have been hitting for years and years. The plastic is a bit thicker and these are heavier then the 9 inch baseball size wiffleballs. We hit them with a standard yellow bat and it takes more power to drive the ball as opposed to the smaller size. These are especially great for a family get together where not everyone can hit the small size wiffleballs. The price is decent on Amazon as well. Highly recommended.
