Many years ago I started collecting bird plush toys. I always wanted to add more to my collection but I couldn't find any anywhere. I didn't think they made them anymore so I was happy to see them on Amazon. These toys are exact replicas of several species of birds found in the wild. Today I received a Black-capped chickadee. This plush toy looks exactly like a chickadee. It sounds exactly like a chickadee too. In fact my cat came running when she heard the bird's 'feebee' call. (She was confused because she was expecting to see a wild chickadee in our apartment). I've already ordered two more birds. I look forward to adding to my collection of these very beautiful and realistic birds.

My six-year old niece is just starting her bird-watching journey. I gave her a feeder for xmas and a couple of these stuffed birds. She was thrilled! The sounds are accurate and now she listens for chickadees and bluejays when they call.

This chickadee sounds like the real deal. It is so soft and plush! The bird is rather detailed considering. My chickadee was a fat little birdie, you could see some of the stitching in area's bulging. I do NOT recommend this for pets. It will be the fastest 10 second tear up you've ever seen. Lol. This was bought for a 3 yr old who seems to be taking a liking to birds. She was not strong enough to make the bird chirp on her own. The button to do so feels very specific and requires considerable strength. Other wise it wont go off. She also covered her ears after the 4th tweet. She doesn't seem to like loud sounds so, I guess she found it loud. Something to keep in mind if you are buying this for kids sensitive like that. That aside, this bird is amazing. I highly recommend. I will for sure be buying more.

Love this chickadee plushie and the whistle it makes. Sound is very realistic. I took it out back in my yard and squeezed a few times making it whistle and a real chickadee responded back! So cool! I'm going to buy the other ones!

Hello everyone! Chickadees are my absolute most favorite birds and I was so excited to finally find a stuffed animal version. I ordered mine and it came super fast, and my packing had no damage whatsoever. My chickadee is well designed, except the chickadee sound button is a little awkwardly placed within. All it took was a little fiddling to make it look a bit more normal.The sounds are clear and easy to hear. I figured it would be the chickadeedeedee call the birds make, but it’s more of their whistle sound.The fabric it’s made from is soft, and well colored. It’s small, but still good to cuddle and is quite plush and squishy.I would definitely recommend this product if you love these birds!

It does look and feel pretty cheap. But considering the price of stuffed animals these days like Jellycat, for the price it is what you should expect to receive. Overall not bad, it sounds like a chickadee when you press the stomach and it is great for young kids or bird lovers— if you’re on a budget.

I am 76 and disabled, I started collecting these Wild Republic birdies earlier this year, and have 10 different ones now. They sing to me each morning, and they are so soft. I couldn't believe the detail, each little spot and stripe is there. This is a perfect thing for any nature lover to collect
