Just so happy I purchased this little guy ! So adorable soft and a nice size ! Grandson just loves him ! His cute little face and long arms ! Great gift ideas Birthdays, Christmas anything ! I sent a donation to Save the Chimps and wanted a plush chimp for my desk. Wild Republic makes high quality plush (I have several from adopting with WWF) which are very representative of the animal.HOWEVER, this purchase was in a sealed, clear plastic bag from the manufacturer which some packer at Amazon saw fit to just attach delivery stickers. This item was placed at my front door on the cement. It should have been put in an envelope or box. Can’t find a way to complain to Amazon about this packaging mishandling. The only good thing is that the bag was not compromised and my little guy was not damaged.🙉

I've bought a lot of items via Amazon over the years but this purchase was buy far the best experience I've ever had in any online shopping. The item (one chimp) was as expected, very cute, and I adore. However the service received was well above expectations. I got emails from them every step of the way, explaining the process, and where things were at. Normally the item just arrives on your door, and it is up to the purchaser to follow up if things do not arrive on time or as expected, but with Nile Australia this was certainly not the case. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and in my opinion went above and beyond my online (or not) shopping experience. Will certainly be looking at more things via this company going forward. A great experience, keep the good work people, and a very big thank you. My little Chimp is just lovely too.
