Tout d'abord, j'ai essayé plusieurs mangeoires et aucune ne fonctionnait. Sauf celle-ci. Ok, ça prends un temps d'apprentissage à l'écureuil pour comprendre qu'il doit se glisser sous le toit (qui se lève facilement, il n'est pas trop lourd pour l'écureuil), mais une fois qu'il a compris, ça lui fait une mangeoire personnelle, qui n'attire pas les geais bleus, les quiscales bronzés ou les corneilles. Il a son coin à lui. Très content de mon achat.

Les écureuils ont trouvés très rapidement la façon d'aller chercher leur nourriture à l'intérieur. Super efficace pour ne pas que les gros oiseaux puissent manger la nourriture des écureuils.

Au début, l'écureuil qui vient manger dans ma fenêtre avait un peu peur mais il en a fait vite sa propriété. Comme un deuxième écureuil est venu la chicane a pris alors j'en ai mis une autre et la paix est revenue. Cette mangeoire convient très bien même si j'ai fait certaines modifications. C'est un grand plaisir de voir ce spectacle tout les matins.

It looks it's decent quality and all the pieces arrived but it's very small. The widest part is only 6 inches. It may be OK for European red squirrels and maybe Canadian red squirrels but the black and gray ones we have in Ontario will have it emptied in no time flat.

I brought two, both look crooked, especially the second one, the roof of the first one is wobbly and the second one is missing a whole screw. For so called German Quality, which is usually pretty good stuff, this is straight out poor quality and just garbage for that price. I could maybe do it better if I wanted to and my dad can definitely do it better. No screws included to hang it up, wood isn't even painted with varnish to protect it properly from weather conditions. The wood is pretty good quality yes, but the craftsmanship and the other details were very poor quality. At the very least it should be more stable than what I got, so I am very disappointed.
