I deliberately waited before reviewing this item. I wanted to test it's durability. I can now honestly say that since purchasing it has been used at least 5 times. This window cleaning kit is perfect. You can extend the handle by screwing in the amount of rod pieces you need. If you want the rod shorter just remove the rod pieces to the desired length. Therefore the reach of this window cleaner is adaptable to suit almost every height of windows.It has a swivel head attachment that you place one of the two grey cleaning cloths onto. Also there is a squeegee attachment that can be used by simply sliding it onto the top of the main swivel head. You get two grey fabric cleaners. Back to the grey cleaning cloths. Once attached onto the main swivel head, dunk it into some soapy water, and you're good to clean your windows. Then use the squeegee to scrape off excess water. I then used the second grey cleaning cloth to buff dry the windows. Perfect results every time. I would say this is value for money and would recommend.

This product left streeks of water line on my windows, I would not recommend. I could not send it back because the product was send to Edmonton and I just received it and tried it out. I was disappointed.

You know cleaning window in restaurant is very important for great looking. So I bought this product. Overall product is good. But I don't like just one thing that back wiper is not fit firmly it's came out easily when wiping. Otherwise Length, material, light in weight all good.
