Ordered this Winter Ushanka Russian Trapper Hats with Ear Flaps not knowing who it would fit but hoping someone in the household would like it. Very soft faux fur on the exterior and ear flaps and a polyester type lining that is not very soft on the head portion itself. I generally wear a medium to large size hat and helmet... I don't know my actual measurements but this was tight on my head and probably would not be the most comfortable. Loose on my 11 year old daughter but she loves it anyway and decided it was her hat. If I had to assign a size I would say 'Medium' but slightly small adult. I have a couple of these that I really like and are super nice for the NW Montana winters. The chin strap is connected with a bit of elastic and not extendable, not sure how long that will last. Overall it is a decent product but not spectacular, but also affordable so I feel like a 4 star review is fair.
