I'd give these a 5 star if the dial disks were adhesive. The washer and nut hold them in place, but once tightened the dials curled a bit. There is nothing to lock the dial position other than the nut hat holds the POT in place, hopefully they wont spin over time.I installed them on a Century Mig welder.
