Excellent! I had purchased 5/8" gasket for a stove that called for 7/8"! The wood stove ran great with the wrong size gasket, but only for about 5 hours. With this proper gasket, our wood stove, in our living room, heats our main and top floor, for 10 hours! Great product!

The glue turned to dust after about four weeks. The gasket literally fell off the stove door. I have been heating my homes with wood for over 30 years and know how to properly install and heat treat a gasket. I can't comment on the gasket's long term durability because it had to be replaced. However, I would suggest using a better glue. I used it just because it came with the gasket. The glue I like to use is rated for 2000F, 1095C. The glue that came with the gasket is rated for "~600F".

Fait le travail. Comme à chaque remplacement il est très difficile de refermer la porte du foyer. Personnellement j utilise un binder que je laisse en place 24 heures et la corde s assouplis ensuite suffisaient tout en restant etanche. Bon produit.

I used this on my Lopi wood stove. Fit perfect and does the job well. Adhesive was handy as well. The tape was worthless to me., but that’s not what I bought it for. All in all a good kit.

A quality gasket. The high temp tape for the ends is a very welcome include. Just don't overdo the silicon glue!

Does what it was supposed to do. Replaced the old door seal for the wood furnace.Ordered another one immediately after using my first one so I have one on hand. ( I am in the HVAC industry).
