Well made and attractive, although it did come with a piece of the roof chipped off in shipping. Otherwise, it's perfect.

Got this birdhouse for Spring on a Sunday, installed it the same day and the wrens moved in on Wednesday! Placed it at a view from my window and I have good entertainment. The box is not too heavy like a plastic box which is a plus. I placed it on a pole, had to screw in at the bottom of the birdhouse, though the pre drilled holes are at its back. Pretty easy to instal. It hasn’t been exposed to the elements much yet, but we’ll see. So far, I’m a satisfied customer. You can see the bird couple in the photo attached.
