I keep a couple in my wallet,had to use on stage more than once,can save your bacon big time .Great to use before gig for piece of mind ,preemptive maintenance . Using currency is not very sanitary prefer to use these .

I'm just a beginner and was having trouble with the mouthpiece.My main issue was the vibration of the mouthpiece. As I blew into it, the rattling against my upper teeth was annoying and causing discomfort. Further I found it difficult to keep it in a steady position without biting hard on it which caused fatigue and headaches. I found out about using mouthpiece pads via youtube and started a search to purchase them. I was intrigued by the design of the E type Sookwang with the raised ridges running along the length of the pad. To be honest, I was about to give up on the instrument until I tried these pads. What a difference! The mouthpiece now stays in place without overdue biting and the vibrations I was experiencing are gone. The raised ridges on the pad provided further stability by reducing potential lateral movements of the mouthpiece. If you are experiencing similar problems with your mouthpiece, give these guys a try, I think you will be pleasantly surprised at the improvement of your bite.
