This was a really fun raft but after only a free trips a bulge appeared in the seat area on one side. It looks like a seam in the inner tube busted. We contacted WOW but they would not do anything for us and amazon said we were outside our return window. For this price I’d expect it to last the whole summer. Or at least more than a few trips.

Not very good quality. After a couple of uses it started to leak on the top bladder. I fixed it and now it’s ok, but if feels as a thin material that could easily happen again. I’ve had a smaller O’Brien tube for over 10 years and never leaked.On the functionality, it works well. It’s so big that it’s hard to pull with a jetski. I have to ask the kids to put their weight forward until we get enough speed so that the tube starts to plane on the water.When we use it on the opposite direction (backrest going forward and kids on their knees), it tends to sink when you pull it, so you need to ask the kids to put their weight back until the tube gets going.In general it’s fun, although some kids would prefer not to have the side protections, for the thrill of falling off.Overall it’s ok and fits 4 people well. But the quality seems poor.

We love the tube - have had it out a few times already - however, noticing that the stitching is already torn in a couple places. Hard to find a good 4 person tube. Tows very well behind the boat, very stable for younger riders, yet can get the teenagers bouncing around without much trouble. Overall 4 stars - we will see how long it lasts, we hope to get a single season out of any tube we purchase.

Took it out for the first time and the zippers all broke on the first run, allowing the tube to come out of it, it is completely broken.

I purchased this towable in May and due to cold weather we did not get it into the water until early June. It is now July 6th and I have it back in my car. The seams in the back have completely come apart and the unit is no longer usable. I have two young children that have been riding in this approximately 6-8 times. it is an enormous towable, so each time it was brought into the boat house it was always done by two adults. What an absolute waste of money!
