Troubleshooting

1. Channel key does not light----Check the AC power cord. Is it connected properly? Or change AC adapter to test.

2. Cannot receive response---- Please make sure the intercom set to designated channel? If not, be sure to release TALK when you are not speaking into the intercom. Also be sure to press TALK or CALL when the intercom is in MONITOR mode.

3. Cannot talk to another intercom---- Are both intercoms set to the same channel and code? Please make sure they are properly set up and that you’ve waited until the other user has finished talking.

4.Strong and continuous "beep" sound, static noise ----Move intercoms further apart to eliminate audio feedback. Or, change your intercom to another channel or code.

5. Unit doesn't work----Try the units in a different location. If the units work in a different location but not in your home, there may be a problem with your home concrete wall.

6. Cannot communicate----Confirm both units are set to the same channel and code when you want to communicate. Or, change locations by using Power Bank and moving to other locations for better reception and transmission. Or change the channel code.

Note:

1.The intercom system is a real-time communication system which has no memory or storage function. Because of this, you cannot receive any information while you are talking with others. Additionally, you cannot speak to another user if they are speaking at the same time.

2. Please note that you will need to set the same channel and code if you want 2 intercom stations to receive communication. It also means any other intercoms can also communicate if they have same channel code. For example, your neighbors may be able to interfere with your intercom system. We suggest setting another channel or code to avoid interference.

3. A tip for setting your home intercom system

For example, let’s say you have a 4 station intercom system for your home for different rooms. You can set all 4 stations with the same code A(code A, B or C are choices), then you set different channels for all 4 stations. In this case, you can just click a channel number to call others without set code because your codes are all the same. If your system receives interference, you can change it to another code for all of your stations without changing every station's channel making this a very convenient option.

My elderly mom lives in a trailer on my property and she always seems to have lost her phone in her chair (it falls down between the seat cracks) or her phone is DEAD and she doesn’t know it, so these intercoms have been a great way for new to make sure I can communicate with her and she can communicate .with me if her phone is not accessible.

Ok, when I'm wrong, I'm wrong. I originally rated these 2 stars, because the audio was extremely distorted, and almost unintelligible. I have 5 units (this unit, plus a 4-pack bought separately). One in the basement garage/workshop, one in the basement storage room; the other 3 are upstairs - kitchen, office, garage. In other words, spread all over the house, up to 130' apart on two floors. This morning, I had a chance to play around with them. These are 10-channel units. I thought that was a privacy thing, and it might still be; I'm not sure. Anyhow, they come preset to channel 1. That's where I left them, and they had horrible sound quality. I set them all to channel 2, and VOILA! A world of difference. Now they work fine. Not hi-fi quality, by any means, but understandable from any unit to any other. YAY. My apologies to the manufacturer/vendor for the initial review.

I ordered one of their intercom systems. It was reasonably priced and performs as advertised. I had one minor issue and contacted their customer service. They quickly got back with me and in a short period resolved the problem. I was very pleased and more than a little surprised by the high quality of their customer service. I recommend both the product and the customer service. They really worked hard to make me a totally satisfied customer and earned this 5 star rating.

I purchased 5 of these intercoms for my home. From time to time, I would hear loud interference noises and someone talking through the device. I had no idea if someone can listen in to my conversations or eavesdrop into my home, regardless whether or not I was pressing the talk button. I ended up disposing them out of concern for my family's privacy and security concerns. I guess you get what you pay for. Its shameful that with today's technology, this off shore company can't build a home intercom system that doesn't pick up other frequencies, conversations and interference. Also, I should add, that the speaker quality is very subpar. Listening to someone speak over it, is like listening to a drive-in Jack-In-The-Box speaker. The sound quality is very cheap and toy like. The bottom line is that if you have concern that others may be eavesdropping and invading your privacy, or listening to your conversations, stay far away from this product.

I have one in my house family room and one in my steel garage which is 200 ft away. Sound is crisp and clear. Tried other intercoms but had trouble getting the signal to penetrate my steel garage. No problem with this one.

The product has really good range, looks quite good, and is easy to use. The LED illumination of the buttons looks sharp, and isn't too bright to be distracting.What I don't like is the sound quality - it sounds robotic. It is understandable, but not natural.

J'avais commander 2 Interphone sans fil, Wuloo 1,6 km longue portée 22 canal 100 Digital et j'ai commander un autre de la même marque et il fonctionne très bien avec les 2 autres.
